New snow was stubborn to slide early in the day, more sluffing with a tiny propagation. Throughout the day this new snow layer (4-6)" became much more reactive, with wider propagation and more energy traveling downhill. In only one instance the slab broke on top of the 1/13 crust and this was with a little extra effort at the top of the pitch, otherwise remained in the storm snow.
