Sort of windy in Dickey

We toured into the south fork of Dickey curious about wind Slab formation and new snow relative to elevation. Perhaps 5cm HN was on the road, at least 20-25cm HN at the upper elevations on the ridge crest. NE aspects harbored the most new accumulations, and despite evidence of wind transport at multiple elevations, we didn't find wind slabs on the slopes that we skied. Winds remained light or calm below the ridgetop. Pit results were unremarkable: numerous ECTNs in the upper pack, but the Jan 9 rain interface (rounds, and rounding facets, buried 75cm down) wouldn't budge. On our exit, slough did begin to stack up and move somewhat.
